  It's okay for what it is. The customer service does need work in spades. Attention to detail is lacking. They need to do an in service day to learn about proper customer service. Then re-open to a soft opening to prove they have the skills down pat.

  Came for a late lunch(2:45). I asked the server, "Are we here for a late lunch or an early dinner?" She said "late lunch." So we looked at the lunch menu. By the time she returned (3:06), we ordered, THEN she said "oh! Lunch is over at 3:00!" Okay, we needed time to look at our menu again. Ordered off the dinner menu. While eating chips and salsa, a curly gray hair arose up out of the salsa dangling on a chip. The food presentation was nice. Taste was mediocre, at best. The server was super sweet and very attentive. It would be nice if the kitchen had a door covering it.
